It will forever disappoint me that there isn’t much of a Carnivale fandom. Everyone always talks about how tragic it was that Arrested Development got cancelled, or Firefly, but Carnivale is a truly overlooked gem that was given two seasons before it was cut short on one hell of a cliffhanger. Despite the ultimate futility of the following statement…
Bring back Carnivale!
Also, if you’ve never watched the show: Period show (1930s dust bowl) plus supernatural occurrences (the main two characters have intriguing “superpowers”) plus some of the best writing in television. And Clancy Brown’s beautiful voice.
